Delete your YolkHatch account

In the app (instantly)

In YolkHatch, open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted on the server right away and the app returns to the start. Works on iPhone and Android.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the account email (the Apple or Google account you signed in with). We confirm and delete within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, daily logs, meal plan and anamnesis stored in your account.
• Your challenge group memberships and the link with your nutritionist.
• The account's sign-in sessions.

What remains, and for how long

Encrypted database backups are replaced within 14 days; after that nothing of the account remains. Purchases made through Apple or Google Play are not refunded by deleting the account — refunds are requested from the store.

If you were linked to a nutritionist, the messages you exchanged and the record they keep in the portal stay with the clinic, like a medical record, already detached from your account. To delete those too, ask them or email us at the same address.
